Adult film favorite Karma Rx has brought in two XBIZ Awards nominations for 2020, recognizing her exceptional industry achievements this past year.

Karma Rx received a nomination for Female Performer of the Year as well as for Performer Showcase of the Year for her Evil Angel smash feature film Bad Karma, a boundary-busting affair that spotlights the star’s first DP, DAP, IR DP and TS scenes.
