LOS ANGELES (January 21, 2016) – The merits of acclaimed film “Marriage 2.0” were acknowledged last week at the 2016 XBIZ Awards.. Produced by LionReach Productions and distributed by Adam & Eve, “Marriage 2.0” earned four trophies, including Best Actress Feature and Best Sex Scene Feature.

“I am so grateful and honored to be recognized by XBIZ for my work in ‘Marriage 2.0,’” said India Summer. “Thank you so much to my fellow cast, especially Ryan, who I share the Best Sex Scene award with. And thank you to the whole crew, and to Magnus [Sullivan], who wrote a beautiful movie.”

The four awards are the most recent for “Marriage 2.0” and its team. It was named Movie of the Year at the 2015 Feminist Porn Awards and Best Narrative at the 2015 CineKink Film Festival. The movie features sexual performances from adult stars intertwined with a compelling story about a restless couple at an emotional crossroads.

“We’re very pleased and grateful to receive the 2016 XBIZ Awards in these categories,” said Bob Christian, Adam & Eve director of business development. “It’s a credit to Magnus Sullivan, director Paul Deeb, and the entire ‘Marriage 2.0’ team that created a quality film that steps outside the formula to help reshape the cinematic landscape. ‘Marriage 2.0’ shows what the industry is capable of producing, and its XBIZ Awards demonstrate critics are taking notice.”

The marketing award comes as the indie film managed to capture the attention of mainstream film reviewers and writers from Salon, Indiewire, 411Mania, and other major media sites since its world premiere on last February.

“Marriage 2.0” features performances from adult entertainment stars, such as India Summer, Ryan Driller, Dylan Ryan, Nina Hartley, and Mickey Mod, along with appearances from internationally renowned sex and relationship experts, such as Emily Morse, Chris Ryan, Marcia Baczynski, Carol Queen, and Reid Mihalko. The film follows a couple (India Summer and Ryan Driller) in an open relationship as they search for personal freedom, as well as emotional and sexual bliss within the context of an honest and committed modern relationship.
