VALENCIA, Calif. (July 1, 2015) — Girlfriends Films, the distribution home of Triangle Films, is now shipping “Intimate Invitation #13” on DVD. The movie is one of the two remaining unreleased films produced by Triangle Films co-owners Kathryn Annelle and Susan “Shoosh” Karpman. It was filmed shortly before Shoosh’s passing in January 2014.

The cast of “Intimate Invitation #13” features popular Triangle Films performers Andy San Dimas, Ariel X, Veruca James, Justine Joli, Gracie Glam, Sinn Sage, Sammie Rhodes, and Chayse Evans.

“This is the first of the final two releases shot and produced by ‘those two little old ladies,” explained Kathryn Annelle. “My partner, Shoosh, passed away in January of 2014, and I’ve struggled with whether I wanted to release these last two movies or keep them forever for myself.”

Annelle founded Triangle Films in 2006 and later brought Shoosh on as a business partner. They are the producers of numerous top selling lesbian movies, like “Justine Joli Lost,” “Her Little Secret,” “When Ginger Met Nina,” and “River Rock Women’s Prison,” which garnered accolades from the Feminist Porn Awards, and nominations from AVN and Cinesploitation.com.

“‘Intimate Invitation #13,’ along with the upcoming release ‘Blue Collar Lesbians,’ contains scenes with some of our favorite models from the past nine years,” added Annelle. “The scenes were all cast according to who we thought we’d like to spend the day with – I don’t know why, but seeing these women seemed important to me and Shoosh at the time. I wouldn’t take anything for these scenes – they are all so very, very special to me.”

Annelle continued, “Many of these women, Ariel X, Justine Joli, Andy San Dimas, Sinn Sage, and Sammie Rhodes, have been with us since we founded Triangle Films back in ’06. Veruca James and Gracie Glam were among our favorites as well. These women all held such a special place in Shoosh’s heart, as well as my own, that I decided to share these final days with our fans. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with this release, as these ladies were on fire!”

“Intimate Invitation #13” began shipping on DVD June 29 and is available in stores beginning July 3.

In 2014, Girlfriends Films took over managing operations and distribution for Triangle Films, one of the premier brands in lesbian erotica. Now the entire Triangle Films library is available through Girlfriends Films Distribution.
